07.27.2007 -

Trophy to date is a 41 lb Lake Trout was caught by K Brumbaugh at East Outlet (Dubawnt).  Way to go Ken.

Mosquito Lake was ice free as of July 18th and we started fishing Dubawnt Lake on July 18 as well, however there was still ice on the middle of the lake.

07.07.2007 - The report from Mosquito Lake today was good - ice is going out fast and is expected to be gone by July 10.  Dubawnt is expected to be open July 14 - they are heading over there on July 9 to get the camps ready.  Guess we won't need those ice oggers after all.

06.21.2007 - We are expecting a late ice out on Mosquito Lake.  Kasba Lake is still frozen on the big part of the lake.  50 miles south of Mosquito Lake, the shorelines are starting to open up.  We are expecting to head north on July 2 with our planes.   We'll keep you posted.
